Propyzamide has been applied at recommended or double label rates
-
Host crop safety and weed efficacy data collected

Aim
To investigate host crop safety of Propyzamide when applied PSPE and post-emergent in canola and field peas.

Background
This trial is looking to show growers the potential new label use patterns and safety considerations for Propyzamide when used in PSPE and post-emergent applications. Propyzamide is a Group D herbicide, absorbed through shoots and roots, with its specific mode of action preventing cell division and inhibiting root growth in certain monocots weeds.
In this trial Propyzamide will be applied at label and 2x Label rates, at PSPE and post-emergent timings, in two different Propyzamide formulations (Edge 900 and Edge Unify). Weed counts, crop biomass and crop phytotoxicity will be assessed in canola and field peas.
